A Millenium produces threaded protectors entirely made of thermoplastic resin, designed to satisfy the most adverse situations of temperature and impact.
Our protectors are tested at -46 °C, +21 °C, and +66 °C, where they are submitted to impacts from several directions, simulating the various impacts that may occur during the handling and transportation of tubes.
Built from a specially developed resin, our product has low weight, which makes assembly and disassembly easier, in addition to presenting a fine thread adjustment, as they are machined in state-of-the-art CNC machines, ensuring a high quality standard.
We are capable of supplying protectors from 20” to 40”, with other dimensions under request, as we have large machinery, which makes production easier and agile.
